The new Mark 2 Pivot Pegz® are our best yet, they have all the quality and benefits of our Mark 1 Pivot Pegz® but are wider and lighter and also have some additional enhancements such as new heavy duty long life springs, enhanced grip pattern, wider more open peg design, sculpted and recessed mounts, even higher build quality than the Mark 1's, oh and lifetime warranty! Did we mention that the new Mark 2 Pivot Pegz® are the widest and lightest pivoting foot pegs on the market!

Mike Gilkey of Team Adventurers Workshop Finishes first in the Production Class at the Sandblast Rally 2008 with this KTM950 Adventure equipped with Pivot Pegz!!

Your foot pegs represent two of the four main points of contact you have with your machine and have, over the years, seen little in the way of development from either manufacturers or performance companies. Pivot Pegz revolutionary design has changed this and will allow you to ride faster for longer and with more control of your motorcycle than you ever thought possible.

What makes them work so well?

  • Enhanced bike feel and control

  • Easier gear shifts and rear brake access

  • Superior foothold

  • Adjustable height (most models)

  • Reduced vibration

  • Precision built, high performance product

Inside the spring loaded shaft is a teflon bushing that is designed to ensure smooth operation of the pivoting mechanism. Then there is the high quality pivot spring which allows Pivot Pegz always to return to the neutral position when your foot is removed from the peg. This feature alone is key to Pivot Pegz success as, without it, the moving platform would not track the natural motion of the riders foot and return to central "riding" position when weight is removed.

Pivot Pegz install rubber 'o' rings at either end of the pivot shaft which are so vital in keeping out water and debris. The stainless steel peripheral torque nut keeps everything securely in place.

It is the high quality of the above components coupled with the awesome properties of the 17-4ph stainless steel material used to manufacture our product that make Pivot Pegz not only the most innovative, but also, the highest quality foot peg on the market.

Again, as we see with many manufactures, there is a lot of buzz words and hype. My goal was to see if they really worked. So, I made a few phone calls and got a set delivered to mount onto my BMW R1150GS.  The first thing you notice is the heft of the castings. These foot grabbers are heavy! They are beautifully finished and ready to go right out of the box. The rider can swap the shafts to from the right peg to the left peg in order to drop it down about 1/2" but I left mine at the factory setup. Installation was a joke. Five minutes with a screw driver and a pair of pliers. The picture above are the pegz mounted to the GS (thanks Annie). Notice the nice new peg on the well worn BMW peg mount. This won't last long at all. Time to get them dirty!!

I used the Pivot Pegz on my BMW R1150 GS in the 2006 Alcan 5000 Rally. What and experience!! We encountered many different road conditions and the pegz were not even noticeable. My legs never felt tired or strained. They performed flawlessly!!

In my opinion these pegz will be great for the off roader as it was the intended use but they will make a great modification to the adventure touring rider that wants more flexibility and comfort.
